Henry teaches cheesemaking for Vermont Farm Tours. His full-time occupation (and passion) is a small diary operation at Bread & Butter Farm, apply named Henry's Dairy.
Henry has been interested in agriculture since he was a kid. In the spring of 2014 he graduated from University of Vermont with a Bachelors of Science in Diversified Farm management. Before starting his own dairy, henry worked at Bread & Butter Farm, Family Cow Farmstand, Essex Farm, and Shelburne Farms.
Making mozzarella with Henry is as fun as it is memorable. How often do you get to make and enjoy cheese from the farm you're visiting... with the person who milks the cows!?
Chris founded Vermont Farm Tours in 2009 and is active in Vermont's local food and agriculture scene, serving on the board of Slow Food Vermont. In his spare time, Chris is an avid skier, mountain biker, gardener, winemaker, and cook.

Place matters. The food we enjoy in Vermont reflects the state's farmers, landscape, and history. I enjoy nothing more than introducing guests to the people, farms, and flavors that make Vermont a truly unique place to live and eat. We look forward to meeting you!
