A taste of place
Place matters. The food we enjoy in Vermont reflects the state's farmers, landscape, and history. I enjoy nothing more than introducing guests to the people, farms, and flavors that make Vermont a truly unique place to live and eat. For the 2016 season, I will be offering a mozzarella cheesemaking workshop, wine tour, and cheese tour. I look forward to meeting you!

Chris founded Vermont Farm Tours in 2009 and is active in Vermont's local food and agriculture scene, serving on the board of Slow Food Vermont and Farm to Plate's Agritourism Task Force. In his spare time, Chris is an avid skier, mountain biker, gardener, winemaker, and cook. He also runs Cocktail Walk, a Thursday evening stroll to three of Winooski, Vermont's best restaurants for craft cocktails and appetizers.
