About the Tour
Begin and end at Snow Farm Vineyard, 190 West Shore Rd, South Hero, VT. Registration runs from 11am-noon.
Explore the Champlain Islands during the annual Open Farm and Studio Weekend. Choose a 10 or 25-mile route with stops at farms and art studios. Return to Snow Farm Vineyard for wine tasting, wood-fired pizza for purchase, and and a concert on the lawn.
All routes include a mix of lakeside views and scenic back roads. Wide shoulders on most paved stretches, minimal dirt roads, and (mostly) mild hills make for wonderful cycling. There will be plenty of places to fill your water bottle, rest, and sample local eats along the route.
|Need a bike? Rentals available at Earl's Cyclery in Burlington.
Sandwiches, wraps, and local treats are available for purchase at Snow Farm Vineyard and along the way at Wally's Place Bagel & Deli (before 2pm) and the Champlain Islands Farmers Market (before 2pm).
